Over the last six months, Rockland County has been busy updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan. This plan is super important for us because it helps us identify natural hazard risks and figure out how to reduce them. The plan is ready for public review now, and we'd love to hear your thoughts to make our efforts even more effective and make Rockland County stronger. VILLAGE OF HILLBURN WATER DEPARTMENT

The Village of Hillburn owns and operates the Village Distribution System and purchases water from Veolia Water New York, Inc.

Village Billing Cycle to Customers - 3 Times Per Year:

August 1st Bill (Period Covered: 4/1 – 7/31)

December 1st Bill (Period Covered: 8/1 – 11/30)

April 1st Bill (Period Covered: 12/1 – 3/31)

East year, any unpaid water bills at May 15th are relevied, with additional fees, on the respective property owner(s)’ June 1st Village Tax bill.
