VILLAGE OF HILLBURN Special Board of Trustees Meeting Wednesday, February 7, 2011 – 1:00PM MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING held on Wednesday, February 7, 2011, in the Municipal Meeting Room, 31 Mountain Avenue, Hillburn, NY, commencing at 1:00PM. PRESENT: Bernard L. Jackson, Mayor , Craig M. Flanagan, Jr., Trustee , Thomas R. Scott, Trustee , Robert Yodowitz, Village Attorney RECORDER OF MINUTES: Gladys DeFreese, Village Clerk-Treasurer Special meeting was called to order by Mayor Bernard Jackson. Agenda Item: Appointment of Inspectors of Election In accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the RC Board of Elections, Villages may only appoint 2 or 4 Inspectors of Election. Since the Village of Hillburn only has 3 residents who are certified to serve on the new machines as Inspectors of Election, the Resolution adopted requires amendment. IT WAS RESOLVED by the Village Board to amend the Resolution adopted on 2/3/11 pertaining to the appointment of 2011 Inspectors of Election, to wit: Michelle Plumley is hereby removed as an Election Inspector for the 2011 Village Election. Further, the remainder of the Resolution dated 2/3/11 remains in full force and effect. Ayes: Bernard L. Jackson, Mayor, Craig M. Flanagan, Trustee, Thomas R. Scott, Trustee, Noes: None RESOLUTION was unanimously adopted. Meeting was adjourned at 12:15PM.
