Jackson, Mayor ABSENT: Craig M. Flanagan, Jr., <BR>Trustee <BR> Bonni O Blenis, Trustee<BR> Alan Simon, Village Attorney<BR> <BR> RECORDER OF MINUTES: Gladys DeFreese, Village Clerk-Treasurer<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> Meeting was called to order by the Honorable Mayor Bernard L. Jackson. Mayor Jackson <BR>advised that the special meeting of the Village Board was scheduled in order to act on <BR>one item  2010-2011 Village Budgets.<BR> <BR> 2010-2011 Tentative Budgets<BR> <BR> General Fund Budget<BR> At the April 28, 2010 Board Meeting, the Board approved several increases in the appropriations which raised the tentative tax rate to 3.01%. In order to offset the increase, an increase in the Estimated Revenue was proposed.<BR> <BR> RE: A1289  IWS Host Fee<BR> A MOTION was made by Trustee O Blenis and seconded by Mayor Jackson to increase the estimated revenue from $60,000 to $70,000. <BR> Ayes: Mayor Jackson & Trustee O Blenis<BR> Noes: None<BR> <BR> This increase in Revenue will reduce the tentative tax rate proposed at the 4/28/10 meeting from 3.01/100 valuation to 2.99/100 valuation. (6.03% increase from the 2009-2010 tax rate)<BR> <BR> <BR> A MOTION was made by Trustee O Blenis and seconded by Mayor Jackson to adopt the Annual Budget for the General Fund as amended. (copy attached) <BR> <BR> Ayes: Mayor Jackson & Trustee O Blenis<BR> Noes: None<BR> <BR> <BR> Water Fund Budget<BR> A MOTION was made by Trustee O Blenis and seconded by Mayor Jackson to adopt the Annual Budget for the Water Fund.
